1. Our vendor fee is 175. total per event. Payment is the only way of confirming your participation in an event you have signed up for. Should event spaces sell out, we offer a waitlist. You will be notified as soon as possible if something opens up. Acceptance or non-acceptance for one event doesn't guarantee acceptance or non-acceptance for future events.
2. We provide 10’ x 10’ tents and/or 9’ umbrellas for outdoor, open-air markets. We provide 6' tables and folding chairs for both indoor and outdoor events. Please let us know if you need more than one table from us or if you do not need a table from us for your set up. All vendors are responsible for set up and break down of tables and chairs. Don't forget tablecloths that suit your brand!
3. We do not provide access to electricity and cannot guarantee WiFi. If you require electricity for your setup, please let us know in advance. If we can accommodate your request, you are responsible for bringing warm color temperature lighting as well as a heavy-duty power strip and extension cord. While most venues have WiFi, networks can be unpredictable. Back-up plans including utilizing cell reception and processing payments offline are encouraged.
4. Please do not leave any trash, debris or recycling behind. Also, for indoor events, please do not lean or hang anything on walls, or other fixtures of the building without permission. We want to respect the relationship we have with our venue partners.
5. We provide digital pieces to use as promotion for each event. Please share these images to help with promotion. There is power in numbers and we want to reach as many of our people as possible via social media, word of mouth and direct e-mail. Images provided are not to be altered in any way without permission.
6. We encourage everyone to display their goods in the most robust and festive way possible. No vinyl/PVC signage is allowed due to the high toxicity of the material and the environmental impact of production. If you need any feedback or direction for your set up we are very happy to help. We are always looking to make our events an elevated experience for everyone.
7. All our events are rain or shine! Be sure to come prepared with canopy tent walls, tarps and other necessities to protect yourself and your product from the elements. Vendor fees are not refunded for inclement weather, but a credit towards another event in that calendar year will be offered if the event be canceled in its entirety due to emergency and/or unsafe conditions.
8. If you have to cancel your participation in an event and you've already paid your vendor fee, we do not give refunds. However, you will have a credit that can be used towards any future event in that calendar year. Credits do not rollover to the following season. Two or more cancellations in one season will result in suspension from our roster.
9. You are required to hold a valid seller's permit and/or business tax license as per state law. You are responsible for paying state and local sales taxes collected in the region in which you are selling. If you are a food or beverage vendor, you are responsible for any permitting and/or licensure necessary to operate, and required to abide by the health code regulations as stated by the city, county and/or state of the event.
10. You are responsible for any business or personal insurance necessary to cover liability for all your activities at our events. By enrolling and participating in our events, you are signed onto this waiver agreeing that we are not responsible for any injury or loss that may arise or come to you or your property while at our event, or during load-in and load-out.
